Jackuse Bolsey had already establised a reputation in the movie camera world, designing amongst others the Bolex 16mm camera. Moving to the States in 1947 Bolsey set up the Bolsey company and designed amongst others the 8mm subminiture – Upshot was it was so expensive to produse and sell it wasnt a sucsess, seems most were brought by the seceret service.
This example sounds a bit rought and becouse it takes a special 8mm cassette of film I’ve not used it, but it is still a loveley device to look at.
